Innovation is necessary, except for products that are already at the top. The latter is certainly the case for our production process, which has already proved its durability (since 1957), standing the test of time. Our porcelain pictures have been outside for many decades in all kinds of weather conditions, without losing any of their qualities. Our porcelain photo plates enable next of kin to combine image and text into one unique portrait, in memory of the departed. A final resting-place should be unique, as unique as the person itself was in his or her life. Through these porcelain photo pictures, we can contribute to this uniqueness, combining sustainability and customizability, custom tailored.
Dimensions
Cuurently our largest format is 26 by 36 cm. All formats can be used either lying flat or standing. Supports in black, stainless steel, are available in 10 x 15 cm standing, 15 x 20 cm horizontal and 12.5 x 25 cm standing. The other formats can be glued onto a photo block or directly on the gravestone.
Design – Lay-out
In order to give you some guidance during the design process of the memorial plaque, we offer you some standard lay-outs. This way, you can first determine the general design of the image, and then choose the background and the font.
Fonts
To keep choices manageable, we have made a selection of about twenty font types. All diverse enough for each one to be unique. If nonetheless you wouldn't find what you are looking for, you can always provide us with your own font type.
Backgrounds
By background, we mean the supporting image of the design. This image can be a standard picture, which you can choose here. Or it could be your own image, which reflects the deceased, his or her hobbies, profession or environment, …
Finishing of the Edges
The standard finish for these porcelain pictures lets the photo run all the way to the edge, which means the upright edges remain white. As an option, you can also choose a descending finish, which means the sides are printed as well. This option is a little more expensive, but gives the token a timeless character.
Template - Oval - TP1
With this lay-out, the person is depicted in an oval shape, next to the text. The oval can be positioned on the left or on the right side of the plate. For the background you can choose between a standard image, your own image or plain white. We offer a number of standard font types, but you can obviously also deliver us your own font.
Template - Rectangular - TP2
In this lay-out, the person is depicted in a rectangular shape, which can also be positioned on the left or on the right side of the plate. For the background you can choose between a standard image, your own image or plain white. We offer a number of standard font types, but you can obviously also deliver us your own font.
Template - Detached – TP3
With this lay-out, we detach the person from the background. Please note that for this option, you should opt for a standard background or a background of your own choice. In most cases, a white background will result in a much less attractive outcome. Furthermore, you can choose if you want the person to be positioned on the left or right hand side of the plate and you can opt for a standard font type, or one of your own preference.
